Overview
Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) is a whole-school approach that supports students to develop positive behaviours, strong relationships and a sense of belonging. Through the explicit teaching of expected behaviours, consistent routines and positive reinforcement, students learn how to contribute to a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment. PBL promotes student wellbeing, engagement and success by fostering a culture where every learner is known, valued and supported to flourish.
