Physical Education
Our aim at Cana Catholic Primary School is to provide the opportunity for our students to safely experience a range of sporting activities for their fun and enjoyment.
We strive to provide rich and engaging teaching through a planned Prep to Grade Six Physical Education Program. This program aims to promote the development of motor skills, knowledge of different sports and the importance of fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle.
In addition to this, we endeavour to provide opportunities for all children to
experience competition at various levels, both individually and as part of a team. This is enabled through various lunch time activities and our Inter-School Sports Program.
Our Grade Five and Six students participate in the School Sport Victoria – Interschool Sports Program.
